Jeff is a Certified
Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and
Licensed California Real Estate Broker. Jeff's background
includes nine years in the commercial and investment real estate
business and the last fourteen years as a Certified Public Accountant
and Certified Financial Planner. Prior to forming Kaylor Accountancy,
Jeff was a partner with the firm of Little, Skorheim, Trank
and Kaylor, and prior to that a senior tax consultant and the
director of personal financial services for the Orange County
office of the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche.
Jeff is the chief executive officer
of Kaylor Accountancy, a full-service, fee only
financial services firm which specializes in providing business
owners and executives with management advisory services and
affluent individuals and families with trust services and a
broad array of strategic and personal tax, investment, estate,
retirement and other financial consulting services......all
in an effort to build and maintain their financial wealth.
Jeff is actively involved in
numerous professional and community organizations, including
the Orange County Estate Planning Council, Hoag Hospital Endowment
Council and The American Heart Association. Jeff is married,
has two daughters and is a resident of Costa Mesa, California.
Jeff grew up in Canton, Ohio,
home of the Professional Football Hall of Fame. He attended
Perry High School and The Ohio State University in Columbus,
Ohio where he was an athlete and involved in numerous organizations.
After relocating to Southern California, he received an undergraduate
degree from California State University, Fullerton, with a major
emphasis in both accounting and finance. In addition to the
Certified Financial Planning curriculum, he has completed numerous
advanced post graduate courses in real estate, tax, estate and
gift planning, retirement and many other areas of personal finance.
